Just Car Insurance has a number of quick and easy payment options available for you so you can pick the one that best suits your needs.

If at anytime you have a question about making a payment online just give us a call on 13 13 26 or email us.

We understand that life can change at the drop of a hat; so if you need to cancel your car insurance policy, don’t worry, you can at anytime.  We’ll refund you the unexpired portion of your premium, less any non refundable taxes and less $30 of premium (plus any taxes) which we keep to cover our reasonable admin costs.


Just ePay - Pay your policy change online. It's fast, easy and secure - simple!

Payments of up to $10,000 using your Visa or MasterCard are accepted; just make sure you have your reference number handy, located next to the ePay logo on the bottom left hand corner of your notice!

Please note pay by the month is not available via ePay.

Visa or MasterCard over the phone

Simply have your payment card details and your payment reference number handy (located at the top right of your account) and give us a call on 1300 851 883.

Pay your insurance by Internet or phone banking. All you need is the Just Car Insurance Biller Code 899187, your reference number (located at the bottom left hand corner of your account next to the BPAY symbol) and the amount owing to make a payment. Contact your financial institution to make a payment from your nominated account.

Post Office

Simply take your Just Car Insurance payment notice to any Australia Post Office for payment. Please note the post office will not process payment for expired policies.

Complete your notice payment slip, along with a cheque or money order covering your premium amount and post it to GPO Box 4663, Melbourne 3001.

Pay for your Comprehensive policy monthly – call 13 13 26 and nominate a savings, cheque or Visa or MasterCard payment card account to deduct the monthly amount due.
