Just Car’s Consumer Appeals Service is provided by AAMI and operates with the direct authority of AAMI’s CEO. The Service is independent of Just Car and provides a free dispute resolution service to our customers who may have a dispute with us.

The Consumer Appeals Service has been extended to cover all Repairers, providing you with effective, timely and independent dispute resolution. The raising of issues through this process will not affect any business relationship between you and Just Car.

Disputes Arising Prior to the Completion of Repairs - Two-Day Process

Disputes in the first instance should be raised with our local Operations Manager.
