Repairer Disputes - Our Appeals Service

Just Car Insurance's internal dispute resolution service is independent of the operational departments of Just Car Insurance and provides a free dispute resolution service for Just Car Insurance customers.

Just Car Insurance's internal dispute resolution process has been extended to cover all repairers, providing them with effective, timely and independent dispute resolution. The raising of issues through this process will not affect any business relationship between the repairer and Just Car Insurance.

 

Disputes Arising Prior to the Completion of Repairs - Two-Day Process

Disputes in the first instance should be raised with our local Assessing Operations Manager.
